3. Account Creation & Security
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on jl16 ph. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. 4. User Obligations & Responsibilities

5. Payment & Transaction Terms
All financial transactions on jl16 ph — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No other currency is accepted on the platform, and jl16 ph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by your payment provider. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt from your chosen payment channel, which may include supported local bank transfers and e-wallets commonly available in the Philippines. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current withdrawal policy, and jl16 ph reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before releasing funds to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change; the most current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. 6. Limitation of Liability

Betting and casino gaming involve financial risk; outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed, and any suggestion to the contrary does not reflect the position of jl16 ph. Players are strongly encouraged to engage in responsible gaming and to bet only amounts they can afford to lose. Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
jl16 ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to: provision of false registration information, suspected fraudulent activity, involvement in money laundering, abuse of promotional offers, use of automated or third-party betting software, multi-accounting, or conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, jl16 ph will endeavour to complete the review promptly and will communicate the outcome to the account holder through registered contact details. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance may be withheld in accordance with applicable law and internal compliance procedures. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team; any verified withdrawable balance will be processed in the normal manner prior to closure, subject to outstanding verification requirements. Self-exclusion requests are honoured without delay and are treated as a separate, welfare-related process governed by our Responsible Gaming policy. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons are not subject to the same balance-withholding provisions that apply to accounts closed for breach of terms.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the jl16 ph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and any other proprietary material — is owned by or licensed to jl16 ph and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
